3.Can you produce the handles as per customer design?
We started OEM and ODM business since 1999. We have our R&D department to handle this. Mold is developed by ourself, we can open mold according to your drawing or samples.
4.How about your packing?
Your ordered cargo will be packed with multi-packaing method to protect well during long-distrance transportation, PE bag + Thick Poly bag + Hardboard inner box + Striped 5 layser corrugated carton box.
Retail packaing such as blister card or color box for supermarket and internet sales is also available.
Plastic pallet, free from fumigation pallet and wood pallet are also available.
5.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have staff to check every process, like die-casting, process, polishing, electroplating. And each product will be inspected before packing by our QC staffs.
6.How is your After-Sales service?
Any defective produced occurred by us, we will send you new cargo for free.
7.May I get your sample for free to check before order?
Sure, sample is free, delivery time 2-4 days if we have semi-finished cargo in stock.
8.How about your delivery time?
Our delivery time is usually 20-30days after deposit.
